At Glocon, we believe that the teacher always impacts the life of a student in one way or the other. We also believe that if the teacher is conscious of this impact, his/ her efforts can be more focussed. This “impact”, therefore, needs to be envisioned, verbalised and designed.
Our Faculty Development Programs endeavour with this goal - to motivate the faculty to envision and create their desired impact. This impact, we believe, has its ripple effect. Our FDP’s are created with the intent to nurture the leadership traits of the individual faculty members. It is our vision to create an employable young workforce out of our students and this can happen only when our faculty members are a part of this vision.
PROGRAM METHODOLOGY: A Needs-Analysis is conducted with the college to understand the specific development requirement of the target audience. Based on the needs-analysis, we identify the program objectives and accordingly design the program. Our programs are framed to draw deeply from the experience of the participants as well as the facilitators. Our programs are Activity Based, constituting role plays, discussions, audio-visuals followed by an effective facilitator debrief.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
Glocon's Coaching Program is a 3-12 month intervention designed in consultation with the client to identify his/ her development needs. Based on the need individual or group coaching programs are designed. Coaching Programs are designed for Heads of Institutions, Heads of Departments and Faculty Members.
