Our student development programs are aimed at sharpening the much-needed employability skills of students across schools and colleges. We believe the earlier we work with students on employability skills the greater will  be the impact in their lives. Our modules focus on enabling  students to build their confidences through an effective analysis of themselves, identifying values that matter to them and forming habits by choice. In addition, we also offer to orient them to developing a sense of emotional maturity that will help them hold fort during the highs, the lows and the plateaus.

We believe that if we sharpen their God-given ability to think and reason for themselves, we will have then equipped them to make life-decisions

PROGRAM METHODOLOGY:

A Needs-Analysis is conducted with the college to understand the specific development requirement of the target audience. Based on the needs-analysis, we identify the program objectives and accordingly design the program.

Our programs draw deeply from the experience of our participants. They are led by experienced facilitators and are activity-based, include role plays, discussions, and audio-visuals, followed by an effective debrief.
