Dr. Sheeba Thomas
Founder Director • Educator • Researcher
Dr. Sheeba Thomas is the Founding Director of Glocon Training and Research Center Pvt. Ltd., with over 20 years of experience in education, leadership training, and curriculum development. he holds a PhD in Services Marketing from Bangalore University and has presented academic research internationally, including at Harvard University. Over the years, she has served in academic leadership roles and as visiting faculty at several reputed institutions across Bengaluru. Through Glocon, Dr. Sheeba is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that equip students, educators, and professionals with practical skills in communication, leadership, and personal growth.
Biju Thomas
co-founder & Facilitator
Shalini Neelakantan has extensive experience in corporate learning and development, having trained professionals across organizations such as Wipro, Infosys, Oracle, Reuters, UBS, and JP Morgan.
Her areas of facilitation include communication skills, presentation skills, leadership development, team building, and campus-to-corporate training. She has also worked with multicultural teams and conducted international training programs.
At Glocon, Shalini brings a people-focused and practical approach to learning, helping individuals build confidence, communication, and workplace effectiveness through engaging training experiences.
