Dr. Sheeba Thomas
Founder Director • Educator • Researcher
Dr. Sheeba Thomas is the Founding Director of Glocon Training and Research Center Pvt. Ltd., with over 20 years of experience in education, leadership training, and curriculum development. he holds a PhD in Services Marketing from Bangalore University and has presented academic research internationally, including at Harvard University. Over the years, she has served in academic leadership roles and as visiting faculty at several reputed institutions across Bengaluru. Through Glocon, Dr. Sheeba is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that equip students, educators, and professionals with practical skills in communication, leadership, and personal growth.
Biju Thomas

Biju Thomas is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over three decades of expertise spanning industrial automation, enterprise IT, and cybersecurity solutions. As the founder of Glocon Training & Research and the Cyber Decision Platform (CDP) from CTRL18, he has built impactful industry collaborations, driven strategic OEM partnerships, and delivered transformative cybersecurity initiatives for enterprises. Known for harnessing the power of association, he brings together technology, partnerships, and innovation to create lasting value for customers and the broader cybersecurity ecosystem.
